how to: use all the chocolate eggs leftovers

How many chocolate eggs and bunnies have you received/eaten at Easter? You probably haven’t had the time to eat all that chocolate up!!! So what are you going to do with all those chocolate eggs leftovers? Why not tell Mum to do some nice… chocolate crispies?

You ( or your Mum) will need:

about 225gr chocolate from one or more chocolate eggs

about 125 gr cornflakes or rice crispies

some dried cranberries or raisins or chopped nuts

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan and remove it from the hob. Add the cornflakes or rice crispies and the dried fruit. Stir gently for a minute or to, then make small balls or bars with the mixture and let it stand to cool down.
